The International Community @seven is a service offered by S.A. Line Invest, headquarted at 1210 Brussels, 38-40 roadway of Leuven.
Our Club is a community of "Friendsetters". Our members, all around their thirties and from all corners of the globe, meet every Thursday at 19:00. These "new Europeans", thirsty for cultural exchange and a chance to meet new people, can enjoy @seven straight after work. In this way, the International community @seven is an extension of their professional life. Fittingly, business and their collaborators are the members of the club. Their member cards serve as passports to a community of "World Wide People" with a central purpose: sharing a chance to enjoy the pleasures of friendly networking in a casual, hip atmosphere.
To ensure the smooth functioning of the club, @seven operates under a code of international rules. Members of the club agree to the following rules, and member registration is limited to those who accept them fully.
By marking the box coresponding to the sentence "I read and accept the general conditions of the International Community @seven", located at the bottom of the membership application, the member recognizes that he or she is held to the following conditions of use.
The International Community @seven reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Any such modifications will be posted online on the site www.at7.be. Members reserve the right to terminate club membership at any time. By participitating in club activities or using the club facilities in any other way, the user demonstrates his or her acceptance of these rules and/or any changes to them. The members are thus invited to consult the online rules from time to time to keep abreast of any possible changes. Again, the presence of a member at the club, or participation in any of the activities of the club implies full acceptance of these rules, including any revision or modification to them.
Within the framework of the International Community @seven, the member specifically submits herself or himself to the following rules:
1. A request for admission to the club does not guarantee the acceptance of a person as a member of the International Community @seven. Thus, International Club @seven reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at its discretion;
2. Each new member is accepted by the club committee. If a person cannot provide sufficient references to the committe in support of his or her membership application, the reference requirement can be excepted if the member is sponsored by two other members;
3. Entry is reserved specifically for those who fit the general concept of the club. Their dress, therefore, must reflect the International Community @seven business dress code
4. Members in posession of a pink entrance card enjoy individual access to the club. They cannot, however, bring others into the club with them, and do not enjoy any other club priviliges.
5. Members in posession of an yellow member card, by virtue of their payment, enjoy priority access to the club. These members can bring up to two paying guests with them, provided there is sufficient space inside the club. They can also sponsor new members.
In the event of a breach of these rules by the member, S.A Line Invest reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership without prior notice or refund and/or to take any legal action deemed appropriate.
Privacy :
The personal data that you povided are recorded in the files of S.A. Line Invest. These data are handled by S.A. Line Invest in conformance with Belgian law (Law of December 8, 1992 on the protection of privacy regarding the use of personal data, modified by the law of 11th December 1998 transposing directive 95/46/CE from October 24th, 1995 of the European Parliament and the Council relating to protection of the physical persons regarding the use of personal data and the free circulation of these data).
The personal information you submit is intended for a purely internal use. It enables us to become more familiar with you, and will be used for the administration of the members, the reservation of certain evenings, distribution of emails and newsletters, the tabulation of statistics, to contact the members in order to inform them of the spectacles, events, meetings, etc. organized within the framework of the Club @seven, and with the aim of conducting advertising and promotion campaigns relating to the activities of the club. If you do not wish to receive such information, please inform us by e-mail: info@at7.be or by post. These data are in no way distributied to third parties.
In accordance with the law, you have the right to access personal information concerning you, as well as a right to its eventual correction. Thus, upon request, you can access these data and correct any possible inaccuracies. If you wish to exercise these rights, contact to us at the address listed above.
Photographs :
Participants in the events and activities of the International Community @seven accept that photographs and images taken and/or collected during the events in which they take part, be displayed during club events, as well as in any of its activities and other media (newsletters, Internet site, etc.) International Club@seven makes all attempts to preserve the anonymity of anyone concerned. Any person can reaquest that images him- or herself be withdrawn by sending a request by e-mail: info@at7.be or by letter.
Intellectual property :
The website was conceived and operated by S.A. Line Invest.. Its contents and presentation at "www.at7.be" (HTML or Flash pages or, fixed or automatically generated, file images, sounds, vidéos, marks, logos, etc.) are intellectual property of which S.A. Line Invest is the sole owner, and are protected under intellectual property rights, unless otherwise specified. Notre Club est une communauté de " Friendsetters ". Nos membres, des trentenaires de toutes nationalités, ouverts sur le monde, s'y retrouvent tous les jeudis à 19h. Ces " nouveaux européens ", friands d'échanges culturels et de rencontres, veulent se détendre dans un lieu sympa et chaleureux directement après leur boulot. The international community @seven est le prolongement de leur vie professionnelle. Les entreprises et leurs collaborateurs sont les prescripteurs de notre club. C'est une communauté de " World Wide People " avec un bon esprit. Leur carte de membre est leur laisser-passer. La rencontre de nos membres entre eux est notre objectif majeur.
En devenant membre, vous vous engagez à respecter les présentes conditions d'utilisation. Si vous n'acceptez pas ces conditions d'utilisation, vous ne devez pas vous inscrire.
L'inscription ainsi que l'utilisation du présent site supposent l'acceptation pleine et entière des présentes par le membre. En cochant la case désignant la phrase "J'ai lu et j'accepte les conditions générales de l'International Community @seven" située au bas de la page de l'inscription pour la valider, le membre reconnaît qu'il est tenu par l'ensemble des dispositions des présentes conditions d'utilisation.

Dans le cadre de l'International Community @seven, le membre s'engage notamment à respecter les règles suivantes :
1. Une demande d'admission n'entraîne pas automatiquement l'acceptation d'une personne comme membre de l'International Community @seven. Ce dernier se réserve le droit d'apprécier et de refuser toute demande d'admission ;
2. Chaque nouveau membre est accepté par le comité d'agréation du club. Au cas où une personne ne peut fournir assez de référence pour être acceptée par ce comité, le club peut exiger qu'elle soit parrainée par deux autres membres ;
3. L'adhésion est réservée aux personnes ciblées par le concept du club. Elles doivent être correctement habillées et correspondre aux critères vestimentaires du club ;
4. Les possesseurs de la carte d'accès de couleur rose, peuvent accéder seul au club en contrepartie du payement de leur droit d'entrée personnel. Ils n'ont pas la possibilité d'avoir des invités ni aucun autre privilège ;
5. Les possesseurs de la carte de membre de couleur jaune, en ordre de cotisation, peuvent accéder au club en priorité. Ils ont droit au maximum à deux invités payants, selon l'affluence. Ils peuvent également parrainer des nouveaux membres.
En cas de manquement par le membre, la S.A Line Invest se réserve le droit de suspendre ou de résilier son abonnement sans préavis ni remboursement et/ou d'engager des poursuites judiciaires à son encontre.
Vie privée :
Les données à caractère personnel que vous nous transmettez sont enregistrées dans les fichiers de la S.A. Line Invest Ces données sont traitées par la S.A. Line Invest dans le respect de la loi belge (Loi du 8 décembre 1992 relative à la protection de la vie privée à l'égard des traitements de données à caractère personnel, modifiée par la loi du 11 décembre 1998 transposant la directive 95/46/CE du 24 octobre 1995 du Parlement européen et du Conseil relative à la protection des personnes physiques à l'égard du traitement de données à caractère personnel et à la libre circulation de ces données).
Ces informations sont destinées à un usage purement interne. Elles nous permettront de mieux vous connaître et seront utilisées pour l'administration des membres, la réservation des soirées, l'envoi de courriers électroniques et de newsletters, faire des statistiques, contacter les membres afin de les informer des manifestations, événements, rencontres,... organisés dans le cadre du Club @seven et dans le but de mener des campagnes d'information et de promotion personnalisées concernant les activités du club. Notre but étant de préserver l'anonymat des personnes représentées, toute personne peut demander que sa photo soit retirée en adressant une demande par e-mail : info@at7.be ou par lettre.
