Job Description : PR Manager – International Community @Seven

The organization:

@seven is an international community (EU stakeholders, expats, and Belgian business) of people in their late twenties to fourties of all nationalities, who meet directly after-work and exchange cultures in a relaxing setting every Thursday at 19:00 at the Mirano Continental Brussels.

@seven is looking from now onwards for a PR Manager (full time) to start immediately, latest summer to run the PR department.

Job description:

As PR Manager, you will head the PR team, applying your knowledge of marketing and sales and lead the strategically development of the community for the next two years.

The job consists of varied tasks including:

• Generating leads and manage database and client satisfaction
• Guest Relationship Management, including dinner/group reservations
• Organising get-together, network and workshop events
• Responsible for the communication, newsletter and beyond
• Supervision of the PR team
• Account management with existing partners and sales to future partners

Profile:

• PR and Sales experience
• experience in event/conferences or seminar organisation
• knowledge of EU Institutions
• ability to manage expectations and team leadership quality
• English (excellent) plus other European languages
