  1. I am not a member, how can I visit @seven ?

    @seven is a members' based club. If you wish to visit @seven :
    - Present yourself at the non-members entrance from 19:00 till 20:30
    - Have your working badge or business card with you
    - Depending on capacity and club profile you may visit @seven
    - Alternatively, you may also present yourself with a member

  2. How can I become an @seven member ?

    It is very important for us to know our members.
    - Present yourself at the non-members entrance from 19:00 till 20:30
    - Bring your business card or alternatively your working badge or reference from an existing member
    - Apply for the membership card at the entrance
    - If your application is successful, you will receive within two weeks a welcome e-mail with additional information as well as the bi-weekly newsletter

  3. I tried to become member, but I did not succeed. Why ?

    - At the time of your application the capacity of certain profiles had been reached.
    - We thank you for your understanding

  4. What kind of membership is available?

    To facilitate access, every member should have the electronic membership card.
    - There are two kinds of membership, the Yellow Mebership Card or the Pink Access Card.
    - Yellow : free entrance for 1 year (75€) or 6 months (45€) (Subscription fee is incl.)
    - Pink : 7 € each time you enter (+ once 5€ subscription)

  5. How can I get my membership card ?

    - First complete your registration here
    - Then get your membership card at the entrance (Yellow or Pink)

  6. How can I update my member details ?

    Visit the page member log-in, enter your e-mail and password and then update

  7. How many friends can I bring ?

    - Yellow membership card holders can give access up to 2 people. (This privilege may also depend on capacity and members profile)
    - We recommend to subscribe your friends on-line on our special guest list by Thursday 12:00
    - If you want to bring more friends or you are a Pink Access Card holder then write an e-mail with your request to     prteam@atseven.eu

  8. How can I renew my Yellow Membership Card ?

    - You can renew by paying at the entrance or in advance by writing to prteam@atseven.eu
  9. How can I book a table for dinner ?

    - Dinner reservation is a privileged service for members and their friends :
    - Download the dinner reservation form and send it to prteam@atseven.eu, by Wednesday 12:00 at the latest
  10. How much do I have to pay for dinner ?

    - 12€ per plate
    - Sandwiches available for 3.50€

  11. I would like to celebrate a special occasion in @seven, how do I proceed ?

    - Contact the PR Team well in advance
    - Download the dinner reservation form, mentioning also your additional requests and send it to prteam@atseven.eu
  12. What payment methods are possible ?

    - We accept bancontact/mistercash
    - Visa and Mastercard are available at the « grand bar »

  13. Where can I park my car ?

    - Special Parking Price 2€/2hours at Parking Shell-Scailquin MORE INFORMATIONS
